- Indonesia Design District PIK 2, Tangerang Banten with area 3000 sqm
- Malinda Design Center Kemang, South Jakarta with area 5400 sqm

- The Grand Outlet Karawang, West Java with area 450 sqm
- Kota Baru Parahyangan Bandung, West Java with area 2500 sqm
- HR. Muhammad Surabaya, East Java with area 1700 sqm
- Galaxy Mall 3 Surabaya, East Java with area 1000 sqm
- Balaraja Warehouse, Banten with area 2800 sqm
