You need to confirm your payment to us
Virtual Account Payment (Verifikasi Otomatis)
Your payment on our e-commerce with Midtrans gateway and BCA payment gateway to verify your payment card. You are not require to confirm your payment via payment gateway, we will retrieve it automatically when its done. Midtrans payment gateway and BCA payment gateway usage as your secured, easy and reliable online payment system.
Credit Card Payment
We also accept the credit card payment. Please kindly follow the instruction to fullfil the payment columns.
INACCURACY
We try to minimize the inaccuracy of the misleading from the item descriptions and services, photos, prices and any other information of our furnitures that we provided from the latest updates. If there is any inaccuracy occures, we have right to revise that inaccuracy, revise your orders, or even cancel your order with refund as your order received.
FREE STORAGE
We offered free storage to keep your fully paid furnitures for 30 days (1 month) in our warehouse. Afterwards, you will be charged for 5% extra fee per month of your total purchase.
WARRANTY
Warranty enforced for fully paid products.
Please kindly read your warranty details here.
For any fragile or glassware, customers are required to check, certify and sign the product, to declare in good condition.
We offer free repairment for the factory defect on warranty period.
Repairment cost when the warranty's off, will be charge on the customer.
Transportation fee will be charge to calculate the repairment, but the transportatio fee will be off if there is any repairment occured.
Original receipt is required when it comes to claim.
