The amount of time and technic required to make this décor was tremendous. It started with the selection of tree barks. The size, kind, color, all matters. Then our in-house craftsmen bathed them inside spring water, boiled them for 48 hours then rinse it under running water to clear out all the impurities. After that, they shape all the “papers” by hand into a specific design. With hours of sun-drying to get rid of all the moisture, the paper mache centerpiece will be smoked using natural wood to add color and an aging effect. The end result is a marvelous wall décor with unparallel texture. A reflective layer was applied to add a special visual effect.
